Applies to all conventional agricultural pesticides (including herbicides, fungicides, bactericides, insecticides and acaricides). Focus is on product labeling to improve information about how pesticide users can minimize and manage pest resistance.

Draft Guidance for Herbicide Resistance Management Labelling, Educating, Training and Stewardship
Applies to herbicides only. Communicates EPA’s current thinking and approach to addressing herbicide-resistant weeds by providing guidance on labeling, education, training and stewardship for new active herbicide ingredients, new uses on herbicide-resistant crops or other case-specific actions requiring review or registration.
