Florida Organic Solutions product approved for OMRI Products List

New FANN member Florida Organic Solutions (FOS) has met Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) standards for its compost product, “Florida’s Premier Compost,” a bio-solid and pre-consumer food waste-free compost for garden and landscape use. This compost is produced solely through recycling of green waste. OMRI listing is a respected source of information about products and materials for use in certified organic operations. OMRI is the only independent, nonprofit organization exclusively dedicated to ensuring products such as fertilizers, pest controls, livestock care products and soil amendments comply with standards enforced by the USDA’s National Organic Program.
