Native Nursery Supervisor/Grower Wanted in Desoto County

EarthBalance® is looking for a full-time supervisor/grower for our 30-acre native nursery in DeSoto County, Florida. Must have at least 2+ years experience in the production and care of high quality containerized plant material. Responsible for all phases of growing, watering, fertilizing, disease/pest management, weed prevention, and hands-on management. Qualifications include good organizational and communication skills, knowledge of greenhouse maintenance, plant disease/pest control, and irrigation systems, and ability to organize personnel and assign duties for optimal production. Knowledge of Florida native plants preferred. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
